The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

To grow fruit, vegetables and salad items for the family, ensuring a continuous supply throughout the season. Maintaining the growing areas in line with vegan and organic procedures. Keeping all work areas and equipment tidy and infection free. Will need to work under own initiative.

Assisting with other estate duties, including but not limited to grass cutting, hedge trimming, fence repairs, animal welfare, clearing leaves and fallen branches. Conform to all H&S procedures on site and attend organized training as appropriate. Hold a full clean driving licence as driving of the estate vehicle may be required (over 25s only).

Additional duties as required from time to time and instructed by the Estate Manager. Working hours 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday with an hour break. Occasional weekend work. 24 days holiday per year.
