Reporting into the senior finance leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the financial control environment while playing a key role in developing the finance function as the business scales. The role You’ll have responsibility for: Financial reporting and month-end ownership Management and statutory accounts Cash flow and working capital management Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Developing robust financial controls and processes Supporting audit, tax and regulatory requirements Improving systems, reporting and finance processes Providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders Supporting wider strategic projects as the business continues to grow Who we're looking for This could particularly suit one of two profiles: A first move from practice — likely ACA/ACCA qualified, commercially minded and looking for the opportunity to take genuine ownership within an entrepreneurial business.
