We’re working with a high-growth, PE-backed recruitment business expanding its Newcastle division and looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in that journey. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to step into a position with real influence, autonomy, and long-term progression.

The Role

  • Lead and grow a specialist division focused on Cyber, Network & Infrastructure
  • Build, develop and manage a high-performing team
  • Take ownership of P&L and drive revenue growth
  • Work with a portfolio of global clients across multiple international markets
  • Play a key role in shaping strategy and scaling the Newcastle office

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within tech recruitment (ideally Cyber / Network / Infrastructure)
  • Strong billing history and commercial mindset
  • Leadership or team management experience (or ready to step up)
  • Ambition to build something and take ownership of a business unit
