We are working alongside a well established fabrication company in the Newton Aycliffe area who are seeking a dedicated and proficient Welder with structural steel experience. Looking to fill day shift positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform bare wire welding on structural steel components.
- MIG Welding
- Reading engineering drawings
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate techniques.
- Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience welding structural steel
- Proficiency in various welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Hourly Rate £16.00 per hour
