An ambitious and growing recruitment business based in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking to hire a NetSuite-focused Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding US technology division. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a high-value niche desk within the NetSuite ecosystem across the United States, working with clients ranging from specialist consultancies to high-growth tech businesses.

As a NetSuite Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering recruitment solutions across the US market. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing a specialist NetSuite recruitment desk across the US
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle – business development through to placement
- Building relationships with NetSuite consultancies, end-users and implementation partners
- Sourcing and placing NetSuite professionals across functional and technical roles
- Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Building a strong personal brand within the NetSuite and ERP recruitment community
