An ambitious and rapidly expanding technology recruitment business is looking to hire a Technology Recruitment Consultant (Contract) to join its growing Newcastle team. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with 2–3 years' recruitment experience, particularly within IT Infrastructure or wider technology markets, who is looking to step into a role with larger clients, international exposure and strong earning potential.
You'll be joining a high-performing contract division with access to established global accounts, giving you the platform to build a significant contractor book while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
The Role
- Deliver contract recruitment solutions across IT Infrastructure and wider technology markets
- Build and develop relationships with global consultancies and Financial Services clients
- Source, qualify and place high-quality technology contractors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Manage contractor care and compliance processes
- Play a key role in the continued growth of the contract division
What They’re Looking For
- 2–3 years' experience in technology recruitment
- Ideally exposure to IT Infrastructure markets (networks, cloud, security, EUC, data centres etc.)
- Proven ability to bill within the contract market
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by growth
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
