This is an opportunity to join a small, highly respected recruitment business that believes in doing recruitment the traditional way - building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates across the Industrial sector. You won’t be a number here. Instead, you’ll have the freedom and autonomy to build and develop your own desk across the West Midlands, supported by a leadership team that understands recruitment and trusts experienced consultants to do what they do best. If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely shape your market, grow your billings and be rewarded properly, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.
The Role
- As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of developing and growing industrial recruitment across the region.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Developing new client relationships across the West Midlands
- Managing and expanding existing accounts
- Recruiting across a range of Industrial roles including warehouse operatives, production staff, FLT drivers and logistics personnel
- Advertising roles, sourcing candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from business development through to placement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous 360 recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated consultant who enjoys running their own desk
- Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for recruitment
- Someone who thrives in a traditional, relationship-driven recruitment environment
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Commission scheme of 10–20% based on gross margin
- Full autonomy to build and grow your desk across the West Midlands
- A supportive, experienced leadership team
- The opportunity to be a key part of a small but ambitious recruitment business
