Our client is expanding and looking for a plater to join the team. You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal parts using various tools and techniques.
Job Specification
- Carry out plating operations following work instructions
- Read drawings to ensure that steel is cut to specification
- Accurately assemble and ensure that plating is carried out to spec
- Cut and prepare plates/sections
- Assemble fabrication work to pass to welders for final assembly
- Work with inspections and quality teams

- Time served fabricating/plating
- Heavy engineering experience is essential
