I’m currently partnering with a high-growth, well-established recruitment business that’s making serious moves across the energy and data centre space.
They’re looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to play a key role in scaling their contract recruitment offering across the EMEA region.

- Drive new business across EMEA within energy and data centre markets
- Open doors with key clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal close
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality contract solutions
This isn’t a “sit back and account manage” role. A proven track record in business development, sales, AND contract recruitment is necessary.
Strong billing history and evidence of hitting or exceeding targets is required.
Experience or interest in energy, infrastructure, or data centres would be a big plus.
Clear progression in a business that’s scaling.
