I'm currently partnering with a high-growth, well-established recruitment business that's making serious moves across the energy and data centre space. They're looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to play a key role in scaling their contract recruitment offering across the EMEA region.

- Drive new business across EMEA within energy and data centre markets
- Open doors with key clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal close
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality contract solutions
This isn't a “sit back and account manage” role. A proven track record in business development, sales, and contract recruitment is necessary.
- Strong billing history and evidence of hitting or exceeding targets
