Property Inspections Consultants Salary: up to 30k + Bonus My client is looking for a Property Inspections Consultant to join their team. You will be liaising with tenants and undertaking visits to the properties managed by my client on behalf of our landlords. This is a Monday to Friday role, so welcomes people who have learnt the trade but no longer want to work weekends. Compile detailed reports which record the overall condition of a property Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition Advise on improvement plans for properties which are not being looked after Inspecting the property prior to the end of a tenancy to produce a ‘check out’ report which will again record the general condition of the property at that time just prior to the tenants moving out.
