My client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a role which will offer progression so looking for someone who is keen to build a long-standing career. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Project Manager and/or lettings.
Duties:
- Receiving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email from private tenants
- Consulting with landlords and providing regular updates on the progress of maintenance works
- Reporting issues to approved contractors
- Maintaining accurate records within our internal database
- Coordinating relevant property compliance and safety checks
- Monitoring and following up on compliance documentation
