My client is looking for a CNC Grinder, the work involves small to medium batch production with medium to high complexity. Your main responsibility will be setting, and operating CNC grinding machines ensure machining processes are optimised for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. They would also be open to people who are looking to get into thee industry and would like to be trained.

Duties:

- Set, operate, and manage CNC grinding equipment
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Maintain safe working practices
- Ensure correct information logged on to tooling sheets
- Ensure component submitted for first off inspection meets drawing requirements
- Where practical, pre-set ready for next job
- Experience setting and operating CNC Grinders and manual machines
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
