My client is looking for a Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Auditor/Advisor to join their team, this would suit someone who has experience working in the construction industry. You will be predominantly based in St Albans, travelling to client sites.

Duties:

  • HSQE Auditing of Active Construction Sites
  • HSQE Auditing of Maintenance Teams
  • HSQE Auditing of Completed Works
  • HSQE Auditing of Project and Contract Management Teams
  • Checking compliance in accordance with company procedures
  • Preparing and submitting audit reports
  • Preparing and updating audit programme
  • Carrying out COSHH assessments
  • Collating and Updating COSHH registers
  • Collating and Updating equipment registers
  • Assisting with site management in absence of regular staff
  • Updating head office records
  • Providing toolbox talks and maintaining register
  • Preparation of WPP, method statements, tasks briefings and other safety documents
  • Preparation of site safety files
  • Liaison with clients over health and safety matters
  • Investigating accidents, incidents, close calls and near misses and preparing reports
  • Carrying out assessments of work activities and advising on safe systems of work
