My client is a well-run SME, and they have a lovely office team, looking for another person to join them. The ideal person will have some previous experience working within a Construction/ Plumbing and/or similar type industry. You will be organized, with good attention to detail to ensure work is planned correctly and runs smoothly.
Duties:
- Managing reactive breakdown requirements
- Managing maintenance requirements
- Answering incoming calls/emails
- Providing information and guidance on services provided
- Taking jobs to be completed from clients
- Setting up jobs on computer system
- Allocating jobs to be completed to a team of field-based engineers/subcontractors
- Tracking progress
- Sending/raising further work quotes for approval
- Raising purchase orders from suppliers
- Ordering parts and booking in further works
- Sending completion reports and certification to clients
- Raising RAMS where necessary
- Completing tender documentation
- Raising invoices for your completed works
