My client is looking for a Tenancy Administrator to join their team. You will be working on the tenancy renewals, Administration and Compliance, so previous experience working in a similar role would be beneficial. They are a nice team and have a clear structure to develop in this role.

Duties:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
  • Processing general enquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Maintaining up-to-date property records
  • Keep internal systems up to date
  • General administrative duties
  • Assist with preparing Tenancy Notices
  • Manage DocuSign, the digital platform to process landlord/tenant
  • Be confident with Systems and Excel
