My client is looking for a Building Services Engineer to join their team. You will be covering West London; this is a field-based role.
Duties:
- Perform reactive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
- General Plan Maintenance Tasks/ Building service maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC equipment
- Plan and execute onsite work, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service
- Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including plumbing and cooling systems
- Plant room checks / Air conditioning filter cleaning
- Emergency lighting flick testing
- Fire alarm testing
- PAT Testing
- Report on materials and resource needs, ensuring timely ordering for efficient job completion
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and best practices
- Maintain high standards of customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied
