Job title: Sales Negotiator
Salary: £35-40k OTE
Location: Chelmsford
My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator, this role would suit someone with experience and/or someone who has strong previous face to face customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
- Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
- Sales progression
- Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also

- Hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills.
