As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for existing and prospective customers. You'll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities and ensure our clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Customer satisfaction is what drives you.
How you contribute to our mission:
- You manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in your assigned region β from order to cash.
- You design and execute the Key Market Plan while constantly identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- You develop customized proposals and sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- You collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure professional client experience.
- You track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
- You represent the company in different forums.
- You facilitate product launches in your assigned region and manage any other sales-related projects.
What you should bring to this position:
- You have graduated in Animal Nutrition or similar.
- You have proven experience in B2B sales or account management of a minimum of 5 years, with an existing network in the Poultry industry.
- You possess a customer-centric mindset: you ask for the customers' need and benefit before deciding.
- Your technical knowledge in poultry production or nutrition allows you to quickly grasp customer challenges and provide value-adding proposals.
- Your excellent communication and negotiation skills help you to build strong relationships with our customers.
- You work independently and prioritise.
- You are familiar with MS Office applications and in best case have gained experience with CRM.
- Driving license and willingness to travel.
