Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bristol. The Senior Internal Sales team member will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide product advice and support to customers in the electrical trade. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and working closely with external sales and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery. The individual will contribute to achieving branch sales targets, maintain accurate records in the CRM and order systems, and support the maintenance of pricing and margin controls.
