About EVWAVE UK
EVWAVE UK is launching a new automotive aftersales accessories and merchandise programme for the UK market, supporting major Chinese automotive brands as they scale their dealer network and customer base. The business will provide a complete programme covering product selection, UK partner management, dealer support, logistics coordination, client servicing and operational delivery.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Aftersales Programme Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of EVWAVE UK’s first major client programme. This person will act as the operational point of contact between the UK client, EVWAVE China, UK dealers, logistics partners and suppliers. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially aware, highly organised and independently minded. The successful candidate will be able to drive delivery autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, solve problems quickly and represent EVWAVE credibly with automotive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day UK point of contact for the EV client and relevant UK stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with client teams, dealers, suppliers, logistics partners and installation/service partners.
- Coordinate the launch and ongoing delivery of the UK accessories and merchandise programme.
- Work with EVWAVE China on product sourcing, samples, pricing, ordering, availability and lead times.
- Support the development of product ranges that reflect UK dealer needs, customer expectations and brand positioning.
- Track programme performance, including revenue, margin, order volume, stock movement, delivery timelines and customer/dealer issues.
- Support pricing, reporting and escalating key commercial decisions to the directors.
- Coordinate logistics, fulfilment, replenishment, returns, replacements and issue resolution with UK partners.
- Build and maintain a UK partner network across accessories, protection film, installation, detailing, dealer support and fulfilment.
- Create practical processes for order tracking, client updates, partner communication, dealer feedback and service issue management.
Experience Required
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in the automotive sector, ideally in aftersales, accessories, parts, dealer programmes, OEM account management, distribution, service operations or commercial programme management.
- Strong understanding of UK dealer networks and what dealers need operationally and commercially.
- Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in a commercially focused environment.
- Good project/programme management skills, with the ability to organise multiple moving parts and maintain momentum.
- Commercial awareness, including experience with revenue, margin, pricing, reporting, budgets or P&L tracking.
- Experience working with suppliers, logistics partners, fulfilment providers or international teams would be valuable.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, while also being willing to get into operational detail.
