About Evvolve & Partners

Evvolve & Partners is a merchant bank that connects high-growth startups with institutional investors through a curated network of 305+ family offices worldwide. With over $2 billion in facilitated transactions and offices in New York, London, Dubai, and Hamburg, we sit at the intersection of venture capital and institutional wealth. Our mission is to make fundraising more efficient, transparent, and founder-friendly.

About the Role

We're looking for a VP of Sales to lead and manage relationships with our portfolio of startup clients as they navigate the fundraising process. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for founders, owning client relationships end-to-end while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their capital raise.

You will lead regular strategy calls, provide market intelligence, and guide clients through investor outreach while maintaining a strong focus on retention and long-term value. This is a highly relationship-driven role where resilience, empathy, and commercial instinct are just as important as experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of active client accounts, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the fundraising lifecycle
  • Lead bi-weekly update calls with each client, providing progress reports on investor outreach, pipeline activity, and next steps
  • Proactively identify risks to client retention and address concerns before they escalate
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to align investor targeting with client needs and feedback
  • Track and report on key account health metrics including engagement, satisfaction, and renewal rates
  • Handle objections, difficult conversations, and client frustrations with professionalism and composure
  • Contribute to improving internal playbooks for client communication and account management best practices
  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management, ideally within venture capital, investment banking, or financial advisory
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-touch client relationships simultaneously in a remote environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence — you stay calm under pressure and know how to navigate rejection or pushback without losing momentum
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can run a client call with confidence and clarity
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of retaining and growing accounts
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven, fully remote team across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Attio, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus

What Success Looks Like

  • High client retention and satisfaction scores
  • Consistent, well-prepared bi-weekly calls that clients look forward to
  • Early identification and resolution of at-risk accounts
  • Revenue growth within your book of business through renewals and expanded engagements

Compensation

  • Total Salary: $75,000–$150,000 depending on experience
  • Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission tied to client retention, renewals, and account growth
  • Remote Work: Fully remote with flexibility to work from anywhere
  • Growth: Join a fast-scaling firm with clear upward mobility and the opportunity to build out your own team
  • Global Exposure: Work alongside a diverse team across New York, London, Dubai, and Hamburg, with direct access to 305+ institutional investors
