Evvolve & Partners connects visionary entrepreneurs with strategic capital. With over $2B in transactions and a global network of 305+ family offices, we enable innovative companies to scale. We are looking for a relentless, organized, and articulate operator to manage the most critical part of our business: getting investors to the table.
The Role
Your job is simple, high-volume, and high-impact: Find the right capital, confirm their interest, and book the meeting. You will act as the primary outreach engine for our portfolio companies. You will speak directly with Funds, Family Offices, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) to understand exactly what they are looking for (their mandate) and match them with the right opportunity from our pipeline. Your goal is to move them from a "cold lead" to a "confirmed meeting" with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute daily outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to Venture Capital funds, Family Offices, and private investors.
- Mandate Discovery: Engage with investors to uncover their specific investment criteria (sector, check size, geography, stage) and record this intelligence in our CRM.
- The "Pitch & Hook": Articulate the value proposition of specific portfolio companies to potential investors to generate immediate interest.
- Relentless Follow-Up: Manage a tight follow-up cadence. You will ensure no lead falls through the cracks, often following up 5–7 times to get a response.
- Conversion to Meeting: The ultimate goal of every interaction is to schedule a discovery call between the investor and the portfolio company.
- Pipeline Organization: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce). Every email sent, mandate note recorded, and meeting booked must be tracked in real-time.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meetings Booked (Primary KPI): Number of confirmed introductory calls scheduled between investors and founders per week.
- Mandates Qualified: Number of investor profiles updated with verified investment criteria (e.g., "Invests in Series A Fintech, $1M–$5M tickets").
- Activity Volume: Daily targets for emails sent, calls made, and LinkedIn touchpoints.
- Response Time: 100% of investor replies acknowledged within 4 business hours.
What We're Looking For
- Hunter Mentality: You are not afraid of hearing "no" and you don’t hesitate to follow up. You treat outreach as a numbers game that requires persistence.
- Financial Fluency: You can speak confidently to sophisticated investors. You understand the difference between a Family Office and a VC Fund, and you know what terms like "carry," "pre-money valuation," and "ticket size" mean.
- Hyper-Organized: You can manage hundreds of active email threads simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Clear Communicator: Your emails are short, punchy, and persuasive. You get to the point immediately.
- 1–3 Years Experience: Background in Sales development (SDR/BDR), Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Recruitment.
Why Join Us
- High Visibility: You are the face of Evvolve to the global investment community.
- Network Access: You will build personal relationships with capital allocators managing billions in assets.
- Clear Meritocracy: Your success is objective. If you book meetings, you win.
