Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Investment Materials Analyst to support our portfolio companies throughout the fundraising lifecycle. This role will be central in crafting compelling investor-facing materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, and other strategic fundraising documents. You will collaborate with our in-house design team to ensure that each company's investment narrative is clear, concise, and visually engaging. This position is ideal for someone who understands the fundraising process and can translate complex business models into clean, investor-ready presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of investment materials creation for our portfolio companies
- Develop, iterate, and finalize one-pagers, pitch decks, and supporting collateral
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, founders, and the design team to ensure consistency and quality
- Apply investor insights and market intelligence to craft tailored materials aligned with specific fundraising goals
- Ensure alignment with Evvolve's messaging and design standards
- Track and manage deliverables across multiple portfolio companies simultaneously
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, or a similar analyst role
- Exceptional written communication and presentation-building skills (PowerPoint / Figma proficiency required)
- Familiarity with early-stage fundraising and startup ecosystems
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Highly collaborative mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
