Evvolve & Partners is a merchant bank and capital-raising advisory firm with offices in New York, London, Dubai, and Hamburg. We connect growth-stage founders with family offices and institutional investors — and in a category where most firms still look like they're stuck in 2010, our brand needs to look the part.
We're hiring a Brand & Product Designer to own the visual side of everything we ship: investor-facing collateral, marketing sites, internal product UI, and the broader Evvolve brand system. You'll work directly with the partners.
What you'll work on:
- Brand identity and visual system — logos, type systems, marketing collateral, IC decks
- Marketing and product websites in Framer, end-to-end (concept → launch)
- Product UI in Figma for our internal tools (CRM extensions, retention dashboards, investor-matching platform)
- Pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor-facing materials that hold up next to top-tier banks
- Brand application across social, email, and event collateral
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand and product work
- Mastery of Figma and Framer — production-ready output in both
- Sharp typographic and layout instincts; you understand grids, hierarchy, and restraint
- Fluency with modern AI design tools (Claude Design, Midjourney, image gen, AI-assisted prototyping) — we expect you at the frontier, not catching up
- End-to-end ownership: brief → concept → high-fidelity → handoff
- Comfort in a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment
Bonus:
- Background in finance, fintech, or B2B SaaS branding
- Motion design (After Effects, Lottie)
- Design systems at scale
