About Evvolve & Partners
Evvolve & Partners is a global merchant banking and venture access firm. We facilitate curated co-investments for the "Evvolve Circle," a private network of family offices, HNWI s, and venture funds investing alongside top-tier leads. We focus on high-growth opportunities in B2B SaaS, Deep Tech, and Enterprise AI.
The Role
We are looking for a Capital Formation Associate who treats Investor Relations as a commercial engine, not an administrative duty. This is a quota-carrying, deal-focused role designed for a professional who thrives on "hunting" new capital and closing allocations. You will effectively be the sales arm of our firm, tasked with expanding our AUM (Assets Under Management) by securing commitments from Family Offices and HNWI s.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Sales: Actively sell Evvolve’s deal flow to prospective investors. Your primary metric is capital raised, not just meetings booked.
- Pipeline Generation: Source new leads aggressively through industry events (Family Office Summits, VC World Summits) and direct outreach.
- Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from the first handshake to the signed subscription agreement.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain rigorous tracking of your sales funnel, KPIs, and investor touchpoints.
Candidate Profile
- Deal Hunter: You are motivated by closing deals and earning commissions. You have a track record of opening doors and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Networker: You have the confidence to walk into a room of high-net-worth individuals and turn conversations into qualified leads.
- Resilient: You are comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-ups.
- Financial Fluency: You can articulate complex investment theses in B2B SaaS and Deep Tech clearly and persuasively.
Benefits & Compensation
- High-Upside Commission: We offer a competitive, uncapped commission structure tied directly to the capital you raise.
- Expense Account: Full coverage for travel, event tickets, and lodging for approved global industry summits.
- Deal Access: You will be selling top-tier, vetted opportunities that institutional investors actually want to see.
- Growth: Opportunity to build your own book of business under the Evvolve brand with full marketing and operational support.
