About Evvolve & Partners
Evvolve & Partners is a merchant bank and capital-raising advisory firm that connects growth-stage founders with 400+ family offices and institutional investors. We operate on a monthly retainer model across offices in New York, London, Dubai, and Hamburg, with $2B+ in transactions facilitated to date.
The Role
We are hiring an Account Executive to own the full close cycle — from qualified follow-up through signed engagement. This isn’t a lead-gen role. You’ll be picking up warm, qualified conversations from our discovery team and turning them into retained clients through consultative, high-trust selling. You’ll be the person founders decide to work with. That means understanding their raise, their stage, their urgency — and showing them exactly how Evvolve’s IR infrastructure gets them in front of the right investors.
What You’ll Do
- Take qualified prospects from discovery and run the consultative sales process through to signed retainer agreement.
- Lead follow-up calls, handle objections, structure proposals, and close engagements typically in the $12,500/month range.
- Build real relationships with founders — this is advisory selling, not transactional volume.
- Collaborate with the discovery team (3 reps) to ensure clean handoffs and a tight feedback loop on lead quality.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in Attio CRM across all deal stages.
- Contribute to refining sales materials, scripts, and the overall close process.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record closing B2B advisory, financial services, or high-ticket consultative engagements.
- You understand founder psychology — you’ve sold to CEOs, not procurement departments.
- Comfortable selling retainer-based services where the value proposition is relationship and process, not a one-time deliverable.
- Strong on follow-up cadence and pipeline management — nothing falls through the cracks.
- Excellent communicator on calls and in writing.
- Experience with CRM tools (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $200,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and performance-based compensation tied to closed engagements.
