For this role, you will work with a leading international scale-up in the staffing industry, supporting payroll operations at significant scale. We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator who values accuracy, ownership, and operational discipline in a remote, high-standards environment.
Tasks
- Enter and validate daily working hours in payroll systems
- Review punches, breaks, overtime, and anomalies with strong attention to detail
- Resolve clocking errors and payroll discrepancies
- Process holidays, sick leave, and additional payments accurately
- Prepare and send daily, provisional, and final payroll reports within strict deadlines
- Ensure workers are paid correctly and on time
- Liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders on payroll-related queries
- Monitor regulatory thresholds (e.g. tenure-based pay adjustments) and ensure correct pay rates
- Maintain clean, accurate, and auditable payroll records
