For this role, you will work directly in a multinational scaleup, a global workforce platform operating at large scale across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in structured environments, cares deeply about execution quality, and wants to work remotely on real, high-impact operations. This is not generic outsourcing. You’ll be part of a selective team supporting core operations.
Tasks
- Coordinate and manage workforce performance against defined KPIs
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety across daily operations
- Communicate operational updates, process changes, and shift information clearly
- Manage attendance, absences, rotas, and workforce allocation
- Support onboarding, training, and retraining of workers
- Handle worker queries and welfare meetings professionally
- Maintain accurate records across operational systems (attendance, training, skills)
- Produce daily and weekly operational reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Support investigations, incidents, and operational escalations when required
Requirements
- Experience in operations coordination, workforce management, or similar roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and operational systems
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
