We’re looking for a strategic Partner Director to build and scale one of evroc’s most important partnerships in Europe. Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships & Alliances, you will define the partnership vision, establish a joint sales and marketing motion, and shape initiatives that address sovereignty challenges across governments, critical infrastructure sectors, and enterprise customers.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with partner executives, evroc leadership, product and engineering teams to co-create new solutions, drive adoption of evroc’s sovereign cloud, and unlock ecosystem opportunities that amplify long-term impact. This is a rare opportunity to influence Europe’s cloud landscape at a foundational level.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic partnership plan, ensuring alignment with evroc leadership and partner executives.
- Build and lead a dedicated partnership sales and marketing motion across European markets.
- Drive joint pipeline generation, co-selling, business development and co-marketing initiatives.
- Work with product and engineering teams to co-develop offerings, integrations and services that meet sovereignty and compliance needs.
- Lead strategic joint programmes that address sovereignty requirements across public and private-sector industries.
- Structure partnership agreements, incentive models and joint business plans; set long-term growth targets.
- Recruit, mentor and grow a high-performing partnership team; serve as the internal advocate for the partnership.
- Represent evroc and the partnership ecosystem at industry events and contribute to Europe’s sovereignty dialogue.
Skills We Value
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling technology partnerships or channel programmes in cloud, SaaS or related industries.
- Proven ability to shape partnership strategy and turn it into measurable growth and market impact.
- Strong relationship leadership skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
