Our Night Shift Manager is a key role to ensure the smooth running of the Night operation in the Depot; where you will lead teams of Supervisors, Night Loaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer. The Nightshift Manager is fully accountable for the performance of theshift whilst proactively seeking ways to improve cost, service & operational efficiency. Joining our Depot Management Team, your working week will be any 5days over 7 typically starting at 23:00pm finishing around 09:00 dependant on volumes. Interested?We are looking for someone who can Manage all areas of the night warehouse sortation in an efficient cost-effective manner. Ensuring depot key KPIs are achieved e.g. sortation compliance, Vehicle Departure times etc. Budget Management to achieve the agreed service levels including productivity, labour costs, overtime usage, Agency usage. To lead, coach and develop the supervisors on shift. To adhere to the legal requirements of the O Licence. Essential skills and experience required: Transport knowledge, skills or experience including regulations Managementexperience of leading and managing a team.
