As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance through insight. Youll provide robust financial reporting and clear analysis to support Operations teams and field business partners in making better decisions. From building strategic financial plans to modelling complex scenarios, your work will directly influence cost control, investment, and operational improvement across the business.

- Delivering accurate and detailed Operations Financial Plans for your supported area, ensuring full business engagement and stress testing.
- Embedding risks and opportunities into forecasts, providing clarity on financial impacts, and partnering with Operations and field colleagues on mitigation or optimisation.
- Owning and maintaining all planning inputs, assumptions, and drivers across forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Partnering with Central Operations and field business partners to ensure targeting and cost control are optimised.
- Reconciling key performance layers and performing variance analysis to understand drivers of results.
- Delivering cyclical reporting (P&L and Capital) and contributing to consolidated performance reviews.
- Supporting the transition to dashboard-led reporting, integrating financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Building business cases with Operations and field partners to secure investment and future value.
- Owning appraisal assumptions and ensuring alignment between business cases and financial planning models.

- Fully or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with 4+ years accountancy experience.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Proven experience in insights or business partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of analytical methods, including hypothesis-driven approaches.
- Track record of delivering financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Experience of building business cases and financial appraisals.
- Confident storyteller, able to translate complex financial data into clear, impactful narratives.
