The role
- Collect parcels from one of our 500 Delivery Units
- Deliver in your local area for around 4 β 5 hours a day
- No need to return to the depot once finished
- Simple, flexible, and fast paying
Most new couriers find their rhythm in around 14 days, delivering 25 β 30 parcels per hour. To support you while you get up to speed, we offer a learning payment alongside our welcome incentives.
Your Pay Explained: This 1518 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a 100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role.
What youll get
- 100 learning payment (once you have completed 10 service days out of 21 calendar days)
- 1,000 welcome payment if you work 5 days per week (including a Saturday) *
- 500 welcome payment if you work 3 days per week (including a Saturday) *
- Weekend only? Earn 50 for working 4 out of the next 6 Saturdays*
- Route optimisation less time driving, more time earning
- Flexibility weekdays, weekends, or a few hours every other day
