The role:

  • Collect parcels from one of our 500 Delivery Units
  • Deliver in your local area for around 4 - 5 hours a day
  • No need to return to the depot once finished
  • Simple, flexible, and fast paying

Most new couriers find their rhythm in around 14 days, delivering 25 - 30 parcels per hour. To support you while you get up to speed, we offer a learning payment.

Your Pay Explained: 15-18 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a £100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role.

What you'll get:

  • £100 learning payment (once you have completed 10 service days out of 21 calendar days)
  • On target earnings of £15 - £18 per hour
  • Weekly pay - unlock earnings within 7 days
  • Route optimisation/navigation built in for you - less time driving around, more time earning
  • Work around your availability - weekends, weekdays, or just a few hours every other day
