The role
- Collect parcels from one of our 500 Delivery Units
- Deliver in your local area for around 4 β 5 hours a day
- No need to return to the depot once finished
- Simple, flexible, and fast paying
Most new couriers find their rhythm in around 14 days, delivering 25 β 30 parcels per hour. To support you while you get up to speed, we offer a learning payment.
Your Pay Explained: 1518 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a 100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role.
What youll get:
- 100 learning payment (once you have completed 10 service days out of 21 calendar days)
- On target earnings of 15 β 18 per hour
- Weekly pay β unlock earnings within 7 days
- Route optimisation/navigation built in for you β less time driving around, more time earning
- Work around your availability β weekends, weekdays, or just a few hours every other day
