Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for forecasting and planning? Join our dynamic team! As the General Manager, you'll be at the helm of accurately forecasting and planning parcel volumes across our network. You'll analyse new information, such as sales and promotional activities, alongside historic trends to understand their impact on demand. In this role you will track and identify ongoing improvement opportunities. You will support and build new reports to improve the planning of the network and highlight failures. Your clear communication with key stakeholders—Commercial, Finance, Hub, Depot, and Delivery teams—will be crucial. You'll also implement and define new tools, processes, and metrics to continuously improve volume forecasting.
