We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team focusing on Commercial Solar PV. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets within Commercial Solar PV.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress against targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles is essential, along with experience in the Commercial Solar PV industry.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience.
Attractive Commission Scheme: 6% of the total order value, this is uncapped with an OTE of £100-120K per year. A full copy of our commission policy will be provided.
