About Us

LoganVillageDental is a friendly, family‑owned general practice that’s expanding to meet strong community demand.We pride ourselves on warm, patient‑centred care, a supportive culture for our team, and a wide scope of clinical services—from preventive care and restorative dentistry to oral surgery, endo, and prosthodontics. As we add new surgeries and bring more clinicians on board, we’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to steer day‑to‑day operations and nurture our growing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the practice—overseeing people, processes, and patient experience so our clinicians can focus on exceptional dentistry. This is a hands‑on leadership role with plenty of scope to shape systems, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Team leadership & HR: recruit, onboard, roster, coach, and performance‑manage a multidisciplinary team (clinical and admin).

* Operational excellence: maintain smooth daily workflow across reception, sterilisation, surgeries, and labs; troubleshoot issues on the spot.

* Patient journey: champion a welcoming front‑of‑house experience, uphold infection‑control standards, and ensure efficient appointment and recall systems.

* Finance & compliance: oversee HICAPS/EFTPOS, receipts, accounts, and end‑of‑day banking; manage supplier relationships and stock; ensure compliance with ADA, QIP, radiation safety, and WHS requirements.

* Marketing & growth: work with the principals on community outreach, digital marketing, and practice promotions to drive new‑patient flow and retention.

* Continuous improvement: review workflows, introduce best‑practice systems, and coordinate staff training and CPD.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, delegate, and hold people accountable • Familiarity with D4W

• Deep working knowledge of HICAPS, DVA, CDBS, and private‑health claiming • Experience with growth marketing or community engagement

• Strong grasp of Dental4Windows (or comparable software) and MicrosoftOffice

• Excellent interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and written communication skills

• High level of organisational and problem‑solving ability; thrives on multitasking

• Commitment to the highest standards of infection control and patient care
