Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for building and scaling the sales function within the Web3 business line. This role will own the overall strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth, focusing personally on Tier-1 clients while delegating day-to-day sales execution to the team. Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years in Web3 (or ideally 10+ years in Fintech).
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head/VP/Director of Sales, Head of Partnerships/Growth).
  • Demonstrated success in closing Tier-1 partnerships.
  • Clear track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience in team management, including hiring, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs for both team and sales performance.
  • High level of mobility, with availability for international travel (Europe, US, Asia, Middle East).
