Role Overview

As Head of High-risk Payment Product, you will lead the company's expansion into the iGaming and gambling vertical. Your focus will be on building a strong payment product specifically for iGaming merchants, involving the design of payment flows, banking partnerships, merchant models, and operational processes. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry and the ability to bridge business, product, compliance, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s expansion into the iGaming and gambling vertical
  • Define and build payment flows and product structure specifically for high-risk merchants
  • Design merchant account models, settlement logic, pricing, and operational processes
  • Build partnerships with banks, EMI providers, PSPs, and other financial institutions suitable for iGaming clients
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, product, operations, and leadership teams to align product and business goals
  • Identify and onboard high-value iGaming clients and strategic partners

Requirements
