As a CFO, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial strategy, operations, and governance. This role requires someone who is confident working in complex regulatory environments, understands the realities of crypto and high-risk payments, and is comfortable defending financial decisions internally and externally. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting rapid growth, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring long-term sustainability. The role involves active communication with international teams and requires a solid understanding of payment processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligned with business growth and scaling goals.
- Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and audit functions.
- Ensure compliance and financial governance across jurisdiction.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director).
- Strong background in crypto, fintech, payments, or high-risk financial services.
- Experience working with PSPs, banks, EMI partners, and crypto liquidity providers.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience scaling companies in fast-growth environments.
