As we continue expanding across Europe, we are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to accelerate our regional growth and strengthen Evoto's presence in key markets.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and targetâdriven Sales Manager based in the UK or Germany to lead sales activities across Europe. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales, excels at building customer relationships, and thrives in a fastâpaced, growthâoriented environment.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle â from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing longâterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through assigned leads and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using structured followâup and CRM tools.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate Evoto's products/services using persuasive communication and strong value propositions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen longâterm relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain positive business relationships to support future sales, renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support regional campaigns and customer onboarding.
- Represent Evoto at trade shows, workshops, conferences, and industry events in Europe.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly motivated, targetâdriven, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations for different audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Interest in the AI, photography, or creative technology industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English required; German proficiency is strongly preferred for Germanyâbased candidates.
