The Role

At Evotix, we’re looking for a People Operations Partner (EMEA) to ensure smooth, compliant people operations and a seamless employee lifecycle across the region. You’ll support managers with practical HR guidance while owning global benefits administration - driving efficiency, accuracy, and a strong employee experience. What You’ll Do
The successful candidate must attend the Manchester office at least once per week.
- HR Operations & People Support
- Advisory Support: Serve as the trusted first point of contact, providing managers and employees with pragmatic guidance on performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.
- Lifecycle & Operations: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from delivering an engaging onboarding experience to handling transitions and departures.
- Compliance & Data: Ensure accurate employee records and deliver consistent HR processes aligned with UK employment law and EMEA practices.
- Global Benefits Administration
- Program Administration: Own day-to-day administration, data reporting, and milestone tracking for EMEA benefits, managing all employee enrollments, changes, and departures.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and vendors while delivering clear, timely benefits communication to employees throughout their lifecycle.
- Optimisation & Governance: Maintain strict data governance and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and the overall employee experience.
- HR Compliance and Governance
- Compliance & Policy: Monitor key compliance activities - including Right to Work checks, probation reviews, and statutory processes - to ensure all HR practices are consistently applied.
- Documentation & Contracts: Manage the creation and updating of employment contracts, contract variations, and all official employee documentation.
- Payroll & Data Alignment: Support monthly payroll inputs and maintain absolute data integrity between HR systems and payroll processing.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR Operations / Generalist role within the UK / EMEA
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes at pace and scale
- Hands-on exposure to benefits administration and vendor coordination
- High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
- Commercial, pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivery
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience using HR systems and managing people data
