At Evotix, we’re looking for a Global Talent & Development Partner to design and deliver learning, talent, and development programmes that strengthen capability, improve performance, and support business growth. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to turn talent insights, succession plans, performance reviews, and engagement feedback into practical actions that deliver measurable results. If you’re a hands-on talent professional who combines strong facilitation skills with commercial thinking and a focus on outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact across a global organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Talent & Development
    • Design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging learning programmes for managers and employees.
    • Create practical, commercially relevant learning content and facilitate workshops across diverse audiences, regions, and experience levels.
    • Measure learning effectiveness and adapt programmes based on feedback and business needs.
  • Manager Capability & Performance Enablement
    • Build manager capability in feedback, performance management, development conversations, and team leadership.
    • Provide practical tools, resources, and targeted interventions that improve management effectiveness and consistency.
    • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement appropriate development solutions.
  • Talent, Succession & Review Cycles
    • Support the design and delivery of performance and end-of-year review processes.
    • Facilitate talent and 9-box review discussions to identify potential, performance, risks, and development priorities.
    • Support succession planning through talent data management, action tracking, and development planning.
  • Engagement Survey Action Planning
    • Translate engagement survey insights into clear action plans and targeted development interventions.
    • Track engagement actions, ensuring progress, accountability, and visible outcomes.
    • Support leaders and managers to communicate actions effectively and build trust through follow-through.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a hands-on Talent, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development role.
  • Strong experience designing, implementing, and delivering training directly to managers and employees.
  • Demonstrable ability to create practical, value-add training that improves manager and employee capability.
  • Experience supporting end-of-year performance review cycles.
  • Experience with 9-box talent grids, succession planning, and talent review conversations.
  • Ability to turn engagement survey feedback into clear action plans and meaningful interventions.
  • Confident facilitator with the ability to engage different audiences and build credibility quickly.
  • Commercial, pragmatic mindset with a focus on outcomes, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders at pace.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
  • Experience working across global audiences and adapting learning for different regions.
  • Experience using HR, learning, or engagement platforms to support delivery and reporting.
