The Role: Drive strategic growth by helping enterprise organisations transform their approach to EHS. Are you commercially driven, consultative, and motivated by building meaningful customer relationships? At Evotix, we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help large organisations modernise and optimise their EHS technology. In this role, you’ll manage complex sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll play a key role in expanding our enterprise customer base while ensuring a best-in-class buying experience from initial engagement through to close. What You'll Do: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations.
  • Collaborating directly with customers to understand their challenges and position tailored EHS solutions.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Leadership teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicating complex business and technical concepts clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
  • Driving pipeline generation through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and strategic account planning.
  • Managing and accurately forecasting sales activity within CRM systems.

What You Bring: Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales or complex solution selling. Track record of closing enterprise deals ($500k +). Excellent time management and organizational skills. A highly consultative and customer-focused approach. Confidence communicating with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders. A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with a drive to exceed targets. Confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when needed to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
