The Role
Deliver impactful EHS solutions. Empower safer, smarter workplaces. The Senior Customer Development Manager plays a large role in shaping our GTM strategy; helping lead the organisation towards a team selling approach, leveraging what we’ve built out to support our new business sales cycles. You will be responsible for consulting with EHS Directors and C-Level Executives and helping them to solve their business challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Closing expansion and upsell deals (over £5k ARR)
- Develop a strong understanding of our customer base and the potential that the customer base has
- Profile the customer base to form a strategic outlook and pipeline for expansion
- Build relationships and sell consultatively to all levels and applicable departments within our client base to maximise update of our product portfolio
- Consistently manage pipeline data and info, sales activity, and ability to accurately forecast
- Coordinating with our Events team to develop events and activities that increase Evotix exposure to existing and new expansion accounts, while ensuring that we continue to drive value for our partners.
- Strategically drive complex transactions involving multiple executive level budget holders and decision makers to closure
- Visits and international travel may be required to secure larger opportunities
- Engage in diligent prospecting to generate pipeline
- Leverage existing relationships with both squads and your customer base to encourage opportunity generation
- Selling across stakeholders and functions within a customer account to grow the footprint and reach of our product portfolio
- Develop a territory plan that ensures everyone in your target account list knows your name and how you can help them
- Collaborate with Success and Sales teams to develop expansion & upsell playbook
- Help the organization understand how to move upstream and cross sell existing clients on increased functionality and other products such as Learn
- Liaise with Product and Marketing teams to relay customer needs
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience with SaaS and/or EHS sales
- Track record of 7-figure ARR growth
- Strong prioritization skills
- Provides reliable forecasts and insights into pipeline
- Secures strong customer relationships and provides a positive, professional impression, regardless of circumstance
- Willingness to collaborate
