The Role

Join Evotix as a Sales Enablement Specialist and help our sales and wider revenue teams access the training, tools and resources they need to succeed. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you will support onboarding, learning programmes, content and day to day enablement operations across our Assure and 360 products. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to get into Sales Enablement. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, develop your skills in sales enablement and help make learning practical and easy to access. No previous Sales Enablement experience is necessary for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding and Training: Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires and support learning programmes for BDRs and other revenue teams, including scheduling, communications and session logistics. Help prepare and deliver training sessions, workshops and practice activities, building confidence in presenting and facilitation with support from the manager. Track learning progress, training completion and certifications in Allego, and follow up with learners and managers where needed. Support managers with coaching activities, including identifying useful call examples in Gong and helping track agreed development actions.
  • Content and Enablement Resources: Create, update and organise practical resources such as guides, playbooks, process documents and training materials, with input and review from subject matter experts. Keep Evotix University and Allego content current, clearly organised and easy for teams to find. Help gather customer stories, competitor information and feedback to support relevant, useful resources.
  • Tools and Programme Coordination: Provide first line support for enablement resources and tools, responding to routine queries and escalating issues when needed. Help maintain enablement platforms and learning records, including Allego, and support colleagues in using tools such as Gong and Salesforce. Coordinate enablement updates and work with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Professional Services. Support enablement projects by keeping plans, actions and stakeholders organised.
  • Partner Enablement: Help coordinate partner onboarding and training sessions, including scheduling, communications and materials. Maintain partner learning resources and help track participation and gather feedback, working with partner teams and the Sales Enablement Manager.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Maintain accurate records and help prepare straightforward reports on participation, completion, resource usage and feedback. Collect feedback from new hires, managers, revenue teams and partners; highlight gaps and suggest practical improvements to the manager.
