The Role

People-first operations. EMEA impact. HR that delivers.

Are you a hands-on People professional? At Evotix, we’re looking for a People Operations Partner (EMEA) to ensure smooth, compliant people operations and a seamless employee lifecycle across the region. You’ll support managers with practical HR guidance while owning global benefits administration - driving efficiency, accuracy, and a strong employee experience. If you’re detail-driven, commercially minded, and confident in UK employment law, this is your opportunity to take ownership of HR operations that truly make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • HR Operations & People Support
    • Advisory Support: Serve as the trusted first point of contact, providing managers and employees with pragmatic guidance on performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.
    • Lifecycle & Operations: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from delivering an engaging onboarding experience to handling transitions and departures.
    • Compliance & Data: Ensure accurate employee records and deliver consistent HR processes aligned with UK employment law and EMEA practices.
  • Global Benefits Administration
    • Program Administration: Own day-to-day administration, data reporting, and milestone tracking for global benefits, managing all employee enrollments, changes, and departures.
    • Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and vendors while delivering clear, timely benefits communication to employees throughout their lifecycle.
    • Optimisation & Governance: Maintain strict data governance and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and the overall employee experience.
  • HR Compliance and Governance
    • Compliance & Policy: Monitor key compliance activities - including Right to Work checks, probation reviews, and statutory processes - to ensure all HR practices are consistently applied.
    • Documentation & Contracts: Manage the creation and updating of employment contracts, contract variations, and all official employee documentation.
    • Payroll & Data Alignment: Support monthly payroll inputs and maintain absolute data integrity between HR systems and payroll processing.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a hands-on HR Operations / Generalist role within the UK / EMEA
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle processes at pace and scale
  • Hands-on exposure to benefits administration and vendor coordination
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
  • Commercial, pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivery
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Experience using HR systems and managing people data

Please note that Evotix is unable to offer visa sponsorship. You must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.

Interview Process

We aim to keep our interview process transparent, fair, and respectful of your time. While steps may vary slightly by role, you can typically expect:

  • Initial chat: A conversation with a member of our Talent team to learn more about your background, motivations, and answer any initial questions.
  • Hiring Manager interview: A role-focused discussion exploring your experience, skills, and how you approach real-world scenarios relevant to the role.
  • Final interviews: Conversations with key stakeholders to dive deeper into collaboration, alignment, and mutual fit.
  • Offer: If successful, we’ll move quickly to share an offer and next steps.

We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process — just let us know what you need.
