The Role
Deliver impactful EHS solutions. Empower safer, smarter workplaces. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging with high-potential enterprise organizations. Your primary goal will be to drive new business opportunities by generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will be self-motivated, have a passion for technology and EHS solutions, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate New Prospected Business Sales
- Consistently hit set activity metrics, which includes at least 50 cold calls per day.
- Hit monthly opportunity target.
- Build, nurture, and execute a pipeline for new prospected companies who have not interacted with Evotix yet.
- Actively search for 3-5 minimum potential contacts in an account for a better chance of success.
- Perform research checklist to find relevant company and personal insights.
- Incorporate Winning by Design frameworks such as RRR and WWW emails, SPICED qualification, and ACE.
- Leverage storytelling instead of pitching.
- Build an active target account list to work from for your specific sector.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or the EHS industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with high-level executives.
- Excellent research and prospecting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- A general understanding of EHS regulations, compliance requirements, and the challenges faced by enterprise-level organizations is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.
