About the role This is a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the North East region and will be fully supported by our admin and management teams based at our Elland regional office. Your responsibilities will include: · Carry out the servicing and repairs of commercial gas systems · Working on various plant and equipment types including commercial boilers, AHU's, and indirect/direct gas fired equipment · Undertake various maintenance tasks/PPM's as scheduled by the helpdesk team including general mechanical and fabric tasks · Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance works, including fault finding, repair and installation of boilers / mechanical services. · Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. · Ensure that all technical services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, and in line with all industry / regulatory requirements. · Be proactive, use your initiative and take ownership of situations. · Ensure all work carried out is done so in accordance with the Companies H
